I already have cameras. Why pay for this?
Your cameras record. Nobody watches them until after a loss is noticed, and then someone spends an afternoon scrubbing footage. We do the watching every day and send you only what matters.
Will it send me false alarms all day?
No alert reaches you until a trained reviewer has looked at the clip. Shoppers reading labels, a child holding a candy bar their parent pays for, a stocker filling a shelf: those are dismissed before you ever see them. Your weekly update shows how many we filtered.
What do I do when I get an alert?
You decide. Your staff can offer help to the customer, check the bag at the door if that's your policy, or just note it. We never confront anyone. You keep the clip for the police or your insurer.
Does it work with my recorder?
Most likely. Hikvision, Dahua, Lorex, Swann, Q-See, Uniview, Amcrest and most recorders that support RTSP or ONVIF. Cloud-only cameras like Ring or Nest are not supported. We confirm on day 0 before anything starts.
Will it slow down my internet?
We measure your upload speed on day 0 and tell you the number. A few cameras need about 2 Mbps of upload. If your line can't carry it, we tell you before the pilot starts.
Will my staff feel spied on?
Honest staff usually like it: it settles "the drawer was short" arguments and protects them in a robbery or a customer dispute. We don't use faces or names, only posts like "register 2", and you get a staff notice to hand out.
Can you match video to my register data?
Not yet. Matching voids, refunds and no-sale drawer opens to the video is next on our roadmap. Tell us which point-of-sale system you use and we'll put your store on the list.
What does it cost after the pilot?
A flat monthly price per store, quoted in your day-14 report. It depends on how many cameras you want watched and whether you want live alerts or a daily report. Month to month, no long contract.
Do you guarantee you'll stop theft?
No one honestly can. We help you see what's happening and give you the evidence to act. The pilot lets you judge us on your own store before you pay anything.
